Late Orders
Parents who have missed the order deadline or wish to order additional prints can still order by ordering online using their username and password and will have P&P charge added. Alternately you can post your late order by sending their proof sheet and payment by cheque to directly to our address on our contact page. Please note; Orders received by post are subject to a minimum £6.00 late order charge. This fee covers search fees, administration, lab surcharge and individual delivery to your school or home address
Returned Cheques
Cheques returned to us by the bank unpaid, are subject an additional £8.50 surcharge, which covers our bank charges incurred and administration fee.
